The line took 40 mins around 6PM and we counted 19 customers the lost from walking out. Do better and fire the manager here.

Young workers talking to each other ignoring customers, massive lines, dirty counters & tables, food is extremely salty or tastes gross, out of certain meats, etc. It’s like playing roulette, you never know which one you’re going to get but you can guarantee there’s a least one thing you can complain about every time. I’d rather drive a few minutes more to the Glenville location. I have a pleasant experience every time over there. Their food tastes clean and the management is clearly run well.
