It felt like the staff either didn’t care or weren’t prepared for the rush. When you go to a place like Chipotle, you expect consistency and at least the basics to be available. Instead, the options were extremely limited, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not what I expected, and I’ll think twice before coming back to this location.

Special shoutout to Sully as he does a lot of the dirty work there and is always the nicest even when having a stressful night closing

The worker on the line couldn’t roll burritos wasted multiple in the process of wrapping one burrito. We left after 25 minutes and the line had not moved. Dining area gross.

I am definitely done with this place and I would recommend to go find a different Chipotle because this place should be shut down by the health department. Just like most big businesses they don’t care at all! Who ever owns this one should be ashamed.
