It took several minutes to be seated although there were 3 employees at the counter. Not one of them acknowledged us. After being seated, it was a bit of a wait before the server, Damian, came over. He took our orders and, at some point, he brought a pile of napkins with 3 forks and 1 knife on top. There were 3 of us. As we waited and waited and waited, noticing that two tables which had been seated after us were already getting their food, we asked Damian about our food. As we observed more and more food coming out... except ours, we called on the manager. Shortly thereafter, my southwestern bean burger came out. I waited several minutes for my friends' orders (they ordered the 2 for $20) until they insisted I start eating before my food was cold. I was done with my meal by the time their food arrived more than 30 minutes later. Shame on you, Buffalo Wild Wings.
