The wait times are horrendous and orders are routinely screwed up. While the drive thru line waits are awful, don't bother going inside. You end up waiting longer even with less people inside. They also seem to frequently run out of various product. In fact, we are willing to triple the drive and go to the Cicero one on Rt. 31 - we still save time and our orders are correct. This Dunkin is an absolute train wreck. Avoid at all costs.

I am not usually a person that writes negative reviews but this is the third time I had someone treat me like garbage at this location. If someone says can I please have a -whatever the thing is, you probably shouldn’t say “No” and then not follow up with any more information. Also to not be greeted, no “Hi what can I get for you or “How can I help you”, or sorry for the wait after standing there for 10 minutes, just “Yeah”. Just unbelievably rude in this place.
