  Very slow and usually mess up your order. Minimum wage goes up customer service and quality goes down.

  Worst taco bell ever, can't get a simple order right, had to go back to have them redo it, then cheese isn't even mentioned. Fire everyone here and start over with properly trained people

  I genuinely just waited, for 30 mintues, for a cold box. Idk if thus joint is understaffed or what. But this is wild here. This is unacceptable

  I'm rating 4 star to not drag the reviews down, but while waiting for a doordash order, there were fellow customers stood beside me cussing and waiting for 45+ minutes for their food. They were understaffed (with one manager even working off the clock), and they don't push any orders to the front of the line, they make everything in the order it came, regardless of drive through status. One employee jokingly yelled out "I'm gonna make this order as slow as I possibly can" and the freakin' manager at a later point joked "yepp we're sold out of everything finna close this place down." I actually found it pretty funny, but it's pretty disrespectful to people waiting on their food who can hear you saying these things.
