Service staff were not rude, however refused to admit they put mild sauce instead of medium even though it said mild on the large screen and they asked me if it was correct, I replied no I asked for medium sauce and they insisted they put medium, they didnt, then I got no sauce. My family and I have also gone here multiple times over the past few years and every time they have gotten some part of our order wrong (I remember one time a 50+ dollar order was basically 90% wrong we were pretty sure we got someone else's - even tho they handed it to us with our name on a receipt of what should actually be in the order)😠also long wait even though kitchen was clearly packed
