  Hardly fast food 25 mins in drive thru. They don’t pay attention to the drive thru duel lane who was there first. Over priced for less service what are we paying more for lazy slow workers and poor management?

  Dine in is locked randomly way before closing hours on multiple occasions. If you can’t staff properly change your hours stop inconveniencing people who want to sit down and eat.

  Placed mobile order ahead of time for 4 double cheese and medium fry for drive thru pickup. Got here at 6:40pm. Order "accepted/started" at 6:43PM. It is now 7:10 and our food is still not ready. Cannot cancel as the order was already accepted and nothing they can do. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Any time I come here I plan on being here for 45 mins. There will be 3 people in line and it still takes 45 mins. Then the food is cold or been sitting in a drawer for a while. I have driven 10 mins out of my way to go to a different one. Terrible service.

  I’m incredibly upset at how slow this McDonald’s is because it is in my neighborhood. The staff here are so slow. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line for such a small order. When I finally received the order, it was missing items and the doors to the lobby were locked. This was at 8 PM on a Saturday. We had to walk through the drive thru, so we didn’t have to wait another 30 minutes in line, for our missing food. The food was cold and a complete mess. There was ketchup on the outside of the wrapper, the burgers were ripped apart, and the food tasted stale. I know it is McDonald’s and it is fast food but when we visit any McDonald’s out of state, the staff are superb and the food is fresh and in one piece. This Cicero location needs an overhaul! And this isn’t the first time this has happened either! Why do the staff here seem so confused?! They had many bags of food lined up in front of them. I’m so disgusted!
