I ordered 61.12 of food and was told all 4 sandwiches were in the bag I got home and only had 3 sandwiches in the bag. I did not receive the buffalo chicken sandwich I should have checked I'm so tired of people not doing there jobs

I passed through the town of Ciocrea today around 12 pm, on Rt 81 S, in a snowy whiteout,slippery icy roads, needed to do an emergency pit stop, had a handicaped person along, nothing was open (plowed or shoveled),the inside of the establismet(floors) were a mess very wet unmopped slippery floors, staff stood around doing nothing, had to park to make easy entry for the handicap person then the staff was very rude, telling us to move our vechile. Very disappointing experience at this Arbys.

Drive past this place everyday for 35 years. Today I decided to stop in and give it a try. I stood there at he counter and was promptly ignored by all the employees until I left. Never again

This location used to be my go to because they always did a great job on my family’s orders. The past two years things are constantly missing and I have to go into the store or contact customer service (and that’s a joke too) it’s more of a headache than a convenience at this point. The food is always good when I finally get what I ordered but maybe it’s time to “make it at home”
***and to add they over charged my credit card a day after my order was placed
