  I ordered 61.12 of food and was told all 4 sandwiches were in the bag I got home and only had 3 sandwiches in the bag. I did not receive the buffalo chicken sandwich I should have checked I'm so tired of people not doing there jobs

  This is not worth 10.00 dollars this is pathetic this place should be ashamed of there selves what a waste of money if you don't like your job then don't do it lol should get my money back

  I passed through the town of Ciocrea today around 12 pm, on Rt 81 S, in a snowy whiteout,slippery icy roads, needed to do an emergency pit stop, had a handicaped person along, nothing was open (plowed or shoveled),the inside of the establismet(floors) were a mess very wet unmopped slippery floors, staff stood around doing nothing, had to park to make easy entry for the handicap person then the staff was very rude, telling us to move our vechile. Very disappointing experience at this Arbys.
