  I won’t be going to this Dunkin. Sitting 2-3 minutes in drive through and I’m not sure if the speakers are broken or what? When I said hello? A woman was like sorry I’ll be right there just so busy. Like 3 cars in line. I suggested would be nice to say,”Welcome to Dunkin, I will be with you in a moment.” This way you are acknowledging the customer. Went back again today sitting at drive through for another 2-3 minutes with no acknowledgment. I don’t mind waiting, but to be left hanging just doesn’t sit well with me. Management needs to better train employees in customer service. Overall it’s not a bad Dunkins and I’ve withheld review, but I figured I’d address it today.

  always mess up coffee. no clue why anyone works for a coffee making company and cant even make coffee right also they cant hear idk i ask for something i get something completely different but ok😂 anyways this place is trash and they mess up your orders often and its just as bad as the dunkin on south bay road on gillette.

  prepare to wait 15-20 minutes when youre the 3rd car in line at the drive thru, wouldnt recommend before work unless youre allowed to be late

  Please absolutely do not go here. I had such a traumatic experience, i never thought Dunkin Donuts would be so suspicious. I forgot my card here and checked my online banking and they made a whole separate transaction of 25.00$. I went back and they told me someone had signed a receipt with my signature. Literal forgery, they acted very shady and suspicious when i asked how this happened or who could've done this. They ended up offering me a refund and said that they used my card for someone else's gift card purchase but yet they still had my card at the store. This location is very un-proffessional and very shady do not go here unless you want to be scammed.
