Worst experience, blizzard was not even blended well and it was given in bad way.

I went on 4/21/2026 with my husband and four kids. Me and my husband got the triple cheeseburger deluxe meal and it was awful, came out cold. But the worst part was the sodas. They tasted like water. My husband told the guy working there and he said he would tell his manager. Other people started going up to him about the soda machine and he started giving them drinks from the drive thru. We never heard back about our drinks, mind you that’s 6 sodas tasting like water. I then went up to the guy working there about our sodas and asked for a refund bc we were about done eating and the kids were getting restless. I was told that he had to talk to his manager. Then I notice other people going up again about the sodas and this time the lady Manager is there and is giving them sodas from the drive thru area. I talked to the Manager but I’m told to hold on while she fixes the machine, then she eventually fixes it and says all set. We were already done eating and I couldn’t take being there anymore with the kids. It was an awful experience. I’ll never go back there. We used to love Dairy Queen but it’s gone way downhill. Kids wanted dessert and there was no way we were staying longer for that and we ended up getting dessert and sodas from McDonald’s. The food at Dairy Queen wasn’t cheap either for a family of 6 and to get watered sodas and cold food made it even worse.

Cold burgers, melted ice cream, employee walking out, manager screaming on the phone in the parking lot. Drove 40 mins for my birthday and it was a disaster. Paid $145 for my party of 6 to be disappointed 😔

I’d give this place four stars overall. It wasn’t anything particularly special, but it was decent enough and I left satisfied. There were a few things that could have been better, and the overall experience felt a bit below average compared to other places like this, but it still did what it needed to do. Nothing really stood out in a big way, either good or bad, which is probably why I’m landing on four stars. I might come back again at some point, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit. Overall, a fairly okay experience.

I rarely come here, maybe twice in my whole life and this trip reminded me why it seemed like there were no adults in the building.
My daughter and I ordered some blizzards, which were tasty when they made mine. The wrong size I was standing at the counter for about another 10 minutes the girl behind at the counter who was supposed to be making them walk past me, started talking to her friend and then took her phone out of her friends hand walked around the corner had a several minute conversation and then came back and made the blizzard. I couldn’t help but laugh. It was pretty comical.
