  It’s a Saturday night at 7 o’clock. We go to get some chipotle. Everything is empty no white rice no brown rice no black beans no chicken besides the regular chicken and there wasn’t very much of that and when we asked to get the bowls, we got a handful of a little bit of rice and a little bit of chicken. There was a lot of empty room in those bowls like that was acceptable and it’s not acceptable. They had five or six employees in there that were too worried about waiting on the customer instead of getting any food out to put in the containers to supply the customers. We paid but my companion was so upset he refused to eat his measly portion and walked out. It’s not worth the money there if you’re not going to have enough food to serve. In addition there were no napkins or container cups for the chipotle sauces. Awful experience. Chipotle needs to retrain and oversee its employees at Cicero location.

  We ate here as a family of four a few weeks ago. My kids both got the quesadilla. One was actually warmed and the other.. was not. A cold tortilla with cold cheese inside. I asked them to remake and they did. The cleanliness of the location is disgusting. There are things all over the floor.. trash, debris, old food. An unsanitary location to say the least. I ordered a bowl, with the steak. It was overcooked and just plain disgusting disgusting. Never again.

  This is the second time I’ve ordered a large cup of queso and it’s barely filled half way. To charge $5.60 for a smaller portion than it was 1 year ago is wild. I’m so sick of this crap.

  Found out why Chipotle is slightly cheaper than moes when I got a normal burrito the size of my hand...wish I got moes instead 🥲
