  I started to order a salad. The employee had put a few things in the bowl already when I asked for it to be chopped. I felt bad for him already starting the salad after he informed me they no longer chop salads, because I no longer wanted it. When I stated that I actually wanted something different, because I didn't realize they had changed how they make the salads, he made an audible disgruntled groan of being annoyed. I initially felt bad, & tried to apologize to him. However he completely ignored my three different attempts at apologies with the silent treatment, only responding to do the bare minimum to finish my order & get me out of the store. At this point, I admit, I became irritated & before I started to leave, I said, you don't have be an asshole, & throw a tantrum (In Response To How He Treated Me). Right before I walked out of the door, the employee said something along the lines of, "Do you have a problem?" I attempt to explain my issue. Then another customer told me these are good workers, & then told me to leave. Then the manager tried to kick me out. If you have video with audio at that Subway location, I would recommend watching the situation play out! My actual question is, if somebody (In This Case, The Subway Employee) is treating me like crap, why is it not okay for me to react accordingly? Why was I scolded, & kick out, when I was the one treated badly in the first place?

  We bought a meatball sub on Friday. The meatballs were old and stale. We tried to call Saturday at lunch time, no one answered the phone, so my husband went down and talked to them in person. The staff said they don't have a phone and the owners won't allow them to have one. Went there and the meatballs were still the same ones as the day before. The server checked the meatballs and there was no sticker stating when the meatballs were made as per health code regulations. My husband then got in touch with the manager and explained the situation professionally. The manager said she would take care of it promptly and thanked me for calling and letting her know. The phone number on the receipt didn't match the phone number to the store.
