- LLlogan lupiNov 1, 20251.0We bought a meatball sub on Friday. The meatballs were old and stale. We tried to call Saturday at lunch time, no one answered the phone, so my husband went down and talked to them in person. The staff said they don't have a phone and the owners won't allow them to have one. Went there and the meatballs were still the same ones as the day before. The server checked the meatballs and there was no sticker stating when the meatballs were made as per health code regulations. My husband then got in touch with the manager and explained the situation professionally. The manager said she would take care of it promptly and thanked me for calling and letting her know. The phone number on the receipt didn't match the phone number to the store.

Saw the order was confirmed and placed so we got ready and drove out there. When we got there the sign was off and when I opened the app I saw that it was voided?! I understand not wanting to be there late but I placed it OVER an hour before close which is just unacceptable. They refunded the order but wtaf I wasted not only gas but also time.
