Worst experience I’ve ever had. I would never go there again—please avoid this place. It was extremely dirty, and no one seemed to care about customer service at all. I believe it’s franchise-owned, which might explain the lack of standards, but that’s no excuse. I was so frustrated that I was close to calling the health department.

Amount of money spent at Taco Bell they should be giving out the correct quantity of items.
Always missing something from this place with little to no communication when receiving food.
I understand being under staffed but we ordered 20 minutes prior to going to the restaurant.
Than waiting another 10/15 minutes in line with no communication on what they have and don't.
Missing items that could've been substituted and the minimal communication and tone makes it hard to address constant issues like these.
They should also have the boxes instead of throwing everything in the bag so it's easier to access items to check before leaving the line

We ordered and it was rung up completely incorrectly and was $15 more than what I had ordered. I told them and instead of apologizing they made a face at me and asked me what I ordered. After waiting to the point of wanting to leave, The food that did come out was really bad, and the hard taco in my combo was completely soaking wet with some liquid and it got all of the napkins at the bottom of the bag wet. Really gross. Will not be coming back.

It's confusing to use the computer screen to place an order. First, you start placing the order, and then you have to use your phone to get a code. By the time you do that, you could have been sitting down eating if you ordered it at the register. They don't put enough ingredients in the tacos. The drive-through blocks the entrance to the parking lot. The cars block your way in. There is only one way in and out.
