I frequently have Subway throughout the week, and most of the time your location is where I would get my food. When you show your regular customer that you have little to no respect for them, you do not deserve their business. Greet your customer with respect! Do not continue your personal conversation without even acknowledging them.... in doing so, shows you do not care whether they spend money in your business. All the best, A former regular customer
