- LMLily MarieDec 30, 20251.0Employee did not check for customers for approximately 15 minutes. We stood there while we saw her mopping and she looked at us, but did not stop mopping. Stopped making our order in the middle to go give a friend free drinks. Order was rushed, she was rude and unfriendly.

When someone finally did it clearly appeared I interrupted her food break. Came out with mouth full of food, no sorry for the wait, no hello, just a grunt....guess that meant I could order???? No care in my sub preparation at all. Just slapped items on and moved me along. Please get some employees who actually WANT to work. Not just there to pay a month cell phone bill. Horrible customer service. Zero stars.
