  I just went through the drive through and ordered a bunch of food and drink. I asked for a cup of water and was told the owner won’t allow them to give out waters. This violates NY health code and I’ll be making a formal complaint. I can understand if that’s all I asked for… out of principle I didn’t pay for any food and drove away. So instead of giving me a free water they’re legally obliged to give me they lost out on 20$

  My boyfriend went to this location to pick up food for my kids as he was watching them while I was at work. He realized he didn’t have his wallet so I ordered food on the app to not waste added time. Well I ordered and paid for it and when he got there the manager told him he could not take the food because I was more than 2 miles away from the restaurant. What kind of crap is this??? It’s ok for door dashers to pick up food for customers but not my boyfriend to get the food I ordered for my kids!!! I was livid because it’s the stupidest thing I ever heard…..

  Way too slow waited 15 min in drive thru for 2 sandwiches. Manager should be ashamed of poor customer service.

  I bought food for my family didn't get many items had to ask for them got attitude still didn't get certain things reported it to corporate and got nothing back shame this entire company doesn't care about its customers we will never go to mcdonalds again never
