Sat in my car for 30 minutes no food . Hit the red button she said "it will be right out" waited another 10 minutes. Still no food. End of story didnt get to try the food didnt get to enjoy it. This place is not good if your looking to actually eat soemthing as i literally waited 45 minutes got no food and ended up having to leave hungry as i was not waiting for a 3rd request. Jokers....

Don't bother going here unless you're not in a hurry, even if you order ahead through the app. I went yesterday morning around 10am for breakfast. I ordered 2 food items and a drink. The only modification was to the drink and that was a simple add in. App said my food would be ready in 5 minutes. I left right away since it takes about 5 minutes to get there. Not a single customer was there when I pulled in. Noone in the drive thru, the lobby or the stalls. I sat there for nearly 30 minutes for a freaking breakfast burrito, french toast sticks and a drink. When I got my stuff I could tell immediately my drink wasn't correct but since I was in a hurry brushed it off and went home. I get home, the drink not only didn't have the add ins, but it was insanely watered down and tasted disgusting, no straw, and no syrup with the French toast sticks, I honestly don't even know if the burrito was even correct since by all that time I didn't even want the crap. So it took a half hour (plus the initial 5) to completely mess up probably one of the simplest orders.

I tend to come here for lunch near daily, and I really do enjoy it here. But sometimes, I have to wait 8-10 minutes for service, even on days the store is empty. I understand delivery services, I worked in fast food, but please don't make me wait 10 minutes just to order.
Beware!!! The employees at this location will rip you off if given the opportunity.
Went here one night and placed my order at the drive up kiosk. The screen was apparently broken because it was not updating my order. I also was not able to pay at the screen outside. Person on the intercom said I can pay the car hop.
Got our order from the car hop and gave her my credit card. She took a very long time (10 min) to return my card.
Went home and discovered 2 Sonic charges on my bank account. One was my order and another one that was much much larger than mine.
Long story short the company cust service line told me to call the manager of this store. It took many calls and the GM was not helpful and lied about sending me a "refund".
I ended up disputing the charge with my bank. This all took 3 months mind you.
Our cashier (short dark hair, black rectangle framed glasses) was so incredibly rude lmao. We get to the bar and I said I’d need just a minute to the cashier, and she paced the floor behind the cashier huffing, I guess impatient ? it was beyond wild 😭 I told her it’d be a minute so she could do something else while I thought about my order. Then when we did order, less than 2 minutes later due to her impatience lmao, she literally was rushing us by cutting us off to ask if there was anything else. She then proceeded to stare at us the entire time we ate. I do not know what her deal was — a bad day, the fact we looked gay, I do not know. But damn!!! Girl im just here to order! What a wildly terrible experience; we are nice customers and I’ve worked retail — customer facing jobs are hard, but itd have been one thing if we were purposely antagonizing her. We were just on this side of town and decided to try the other sonic in town, but we should have just turned around for the thirty minute drive to the other location. Every other customer duo got a wonderful welcome after us and eye contact.
Lame weirdo, loser behavior. we eat sonic so often, def going to the other location. The MOD was phenomenal however — I felt that my concern was listened to and felt genuinely hopeful that some sort of corrective action would be taken. Thank you DJ!
