- LALilly An3 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience here tonight around 10 PM. The woman working the drive-thru cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was wearing a black earpiece and seemed to be listening to music while working. When I politely asked how much my total was, she snapped at me and said, “open your damn eyes.” As an Asian customer, this was blatantly racist, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to like that. The behavior I witnessed was unprofessional on every level and honestly shocking. This location seriously needs to be reviewed by management or administration. I hope they address this, because no one deserves to experience such treatment.

The first bike I take at a double cheeseburger is a long straight piece of hair at first. I thought it was my hair, but then I opened up the bun and his hair wrapped around a patty along with cold nuggets and it was only 11:30 AM. Not sure what’s going on but this location needs to be reevaluated or however, it goes.

Fast food has gotten expensive but It was a decent value with the free fries I received with a deal from the app. The service was fast . All together It was a good experience.
