Gave her the order number and name. She walked away 20 minutes goes by. Many others come place orders and get their food while she just looks at me. I get upset go to my car get in the drive thru and pull up tell them the order number, get to the window and finally get the order. The while process takes over 30 minutes! Wasted my lunch break picking up lunch for someone in me office and was late getting back due to the lack of customer service. Over all the customer service horrible. Others were working and none of them acknowledged me. Don't go there unless you want to be ignored and late for work getting back from lunch! Terrible!!!! I would give zeros if I could!
