We get to finishing our order when a lady comes in barking at the customers and being completely rude, the young lady upfront was flustered and then the manager came up there and decided to handle it. I felt so bad, the lady was constantly taking pictures as well. I believe some people fail to realize that this is a job, yes the employees are required to act a certain way. But please don’t forget they are also people, coming in an insulting and being disrespectful is absolutely uncalled for. THESES ARE PEOPLE, and some people fail to realize that. Messing up an order, Or potentially forgetting items is no reason to Lash out at another person. Grow up and eat somewhere else!!

Management unprofessional and argumentative with superiority complexes.
