    Ice cream is great but, employees are pretty rude. Had one roll her eyes at us when we came in. The same employee then slammed our milkshakes down and had no response when we said “thank you”. My husband and I laughed it off but considered taking our tip back lol.

    I love Anderson's. The cashiers/staff at this location have to be fired. How do three employees all mess up 100% of an order and customer service month after month? Well it's because they don't care and therefore shouldn't work there, and probably don't even eat the food because how do you not know to ask the customer what they want on their roast beef sandwich. It's not exactly hard to know to do that. Was wondering why this location was empty at dinner time when I went in.

    The ice cream was fantastic 😍 BUT, I had the feeling the staff doesn't know that. Ordering and asking questions was met with an attitude of indifference. They have a great product. Sadly the staff does not know how to sell it with a smile and a positive conviction.
