  Terrible service, waited 20 minutes at the front of the line! Literally right at the front. There were 5 employees that i counted. They were going back and forth in the back. There was no white rice at all. No guacamole barely anything. Employees were just walking back and forth into the back. They were completely ignoring the customers. This was 4/9 at 8:45 pm. Can’t believe they get paid for doing nothing lol. Poor management. Will never go back. The chicken was all shredded up. Place should be closed down

  This place was so dirty I walked out without even ordering. Tables, floors, condiment stand, food line were all disgusting. Tons of food just sitting out on the counter for who knows how long. Employees making food without hats or hair nets. I could almost smell the food born illness from the front door. 🤮

  I felt like my experience should had been on a television show. Had I not been so frustrated, it would had been comical. There were maybe 5 people ahead of us, and we waited in line for 30 minutes to get our order taken. Meanwhile the line accumulated out the door, as it had been a month earlier when we stopped in to this same location and saw the line not moving for 10 minutes and left. We decided to stick it out this time, but that was a mistake. I saw five different employees behind the counter at one point and only one was taking orders from start to finish, with no urgency, no acknowledgment that people are anxiously waiting. It truly felt like they wanted us to get angry and leave. This was the worst service I've ever had at any food establishment ever in my life. I wish I could give less than one star. Whoever runs this place needs to watch the cameras or something. I will certainly not go back.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would.. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location is beyond unacceptable. I have visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill three separate times—January 30th, February 22nd, and most recently April 4th—and somehow each experience was worse than the last. Every single visit involved waiting over 30 minutes in a line that stretched out the door. What made it even more frustrating was that there were multiple employees (around five at one point) who were not helping customers at all. Instead, they were standing around socializing and even making food for themselves while customers continued to wait. At one point, there was literally no one working the line. I personally asked an employee for help, and he completely ignored me and continued preparing his own food. That level of disregard for customers is shocking. This is not just poor service—it’s a complete breakdown of basic operations and accountability. It honestly felt like no one was in charge, and no one cared. This location is an embarrassment to the brand. At this point, it either needs to be completely restaffed or shut down until it can operate at even a basic level. I regret not taking a video because it was that unbelievable

  This location used to be solid, but it’s gone completely downhill. I’ve made over 1,500 orders in my lifetime, so I know what normal looks like, and this is easily the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. The cleanliness is unacceptable. There’s food all over the prep area, and I’ve never once seen the garbage not overflowing. The utensils and drink stations are constantly empty, no forks, no lids, no cups, like basic operations just aren’t being managed at all. The staff attitude makes it worse. Employees are casually grabbing drinks from the fridge for themselves while there’s a line out the door, moving around like they don’t even work there. On top of that, I watched a customer get yelled at for grabbing his own pickup order from the shelf, something that’s completely normal,because an employee claimed “people are stealing.” Between the lack of cleanliness, zero attention to restocking, and unprofessional behavior, this place has become a complete mess.
