- AFAdrian Flores1 day ago1.0This is embarrassing. Worst experience. Waited 5 minutes to order. Another 5 minutes to pay. After that waited 15-20minutes to get my order. Ordered a latte with cold foam, didn’t get no cold foam. Ordered a blush pop. They completely forgot to make it. So now it’s a total of other 5mins waiting. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. This is very disappointing Dunkin. Also they don’t even tell you the total at the window.

- NLNatalia LFeb 14, 20261.0I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve been disappointed too many times not to speak up. I’ve repeatedly received cold food and incorrect orders from this location. The most frustrating issue has been the coffee !!! I’ve been given the wrong drink over and over again. There have been days when my coffee tasted completely watered down, like warm tea water. I’ve also been handed hot coffee labeled as cold coffee, as if I wouldn’t notice. On one occasion, the cup was completely misshaped, like it had been overheated or melted. I understand that mistakes happen, but when it becomes a consistent pattern, it’s really frustrating as a paying customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves order accuracy and quality control As of now I won’t be buying any more from them.
