Orders take forever, 4 people behind the counter and absolutely no urgency in their approach to their job. One of them can’t even pull up his pants. The manager is nowhere to be seen, ever, which is confirmed by the employees. Simple orders are not even correct. Adding a photo of my coffee order and what it looks like.

Every time i come here it’s a bad experience, there is no reason why I have to drive all the way to monroe just to get a decent dunkin, because the one closest to me is terrible, horrible service, horrible everything, I’m not sure if the manager is even interviewing these people well for the job. I then called them to ask a question and as soon as i picked up the phone they responded with “yes?” I don’t know who these people think they are but i’m never ordering again.

Ordered a latte with cold foam, didn’t get no cold foam. Ordered a blush pop. They completely forgot to make it. So now it’s a total of other 5mins waiting. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. This is very disappointing Dunkin. Also they don’t even tell you the total at the window.
