  Hice un pedido por la app al llegar no me lo querían entregar al final toco pagarlo otra vez dijeron que me devolverían el dinero pero ya pasaron 9 dias y no lo recibo. Hable a la tienda y me dice que debo ir hasta alla wow cuando yo vivo a 2 horas de esa tienda. Nunca habia tenido un inconveniente con este restaurante. Que mal servicio de esta tienda

  It took 40 minutes on the drive thru for several workers to get orders done. This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. They did not even give me a sweetened iced tea with light ice. They gave me some tea with lemonade or orange juice with absolutely no ice. All my food was cold once I got it. These workers dont give a hoot about how much time they are wasting and it really shows. My happy meal had the little fries upside down in the box. They could not even get that right. They did not give me the honey mustard I ordered with the meal either. The only thing done correctly was a bottle of water. Do not ever go to this McDonalds. Unless you want really bad quality service, really long wait periods, and what you never ordered, you are better off going to another one 10-15 minutes away. This location is bad. Their workers should just all be fired for how poor they work as a team. Being a 24 hour McDonald’s only works when you have actual workers. Not some lazy Gen Z'ers who put zero effort in their job. And before the owner of this Google page responds back about sending feedback from the direct website about my experience, I’ve already done that. So your generic response to my review won’t be necessary.

  I have been to at least 100 McDonald's restaurants over my lifetime but this place takes the prize for the worst McDonald's restaurant ever. They consistently get your food order wrong and if you place a delivery order, and file a claim, you'll get back pennies instead of what you're really owed. Absolute scam! This is also a McDonald's that doesn't seem too concerned about quality employees. A girl working the drive through had a massive hickey on her neck. Try finding a clean table to eat your food. Absolutely nasty. Try ordering food for pick up off McDonald's App, where you get freebies and deals. EVERY TIME MY ORDER IS CANCELLED before I get to the store. Another brilliant scam. Too many other McDonald's around to have to deal with that kind of bs. Once I establish which corporate entity owns the McDonald's on Suffolk Ave. in Central Islip I will make sure I order from different owners who CARE what they're restaurants are doing!
