Scheduled an order to pick up today an hour and half before super bowl, I arrive and the store is completely mobbed (as expected) over 50-60 people waiting inside and out BUT they had no system or digital board for order status, they were just calling out names. I waited 20min outside and 30min inside, my order never got called and all the employees could tell me is they were working on my order. Never received my order. Will be calling for a refund tomorrow.

My husband surprised said “what? I’m here for a pick up.” I can only assume that based on appearance this worker thought my husband was going to ask to use the bathroom. He is very upset by this rude encounter and I implore you to train staff to be welcoming of all people. We will not be ordering from here again we’re very disappointed. You embarrassed him in front of your staff and other customers.

- SSSheila SmallsDec 3, 20251.0I ordered 12 wings and a side of fries,by phone when I arrived to the store to pick it up I found the fries where cold, i immediately returned the fries thinking they would dispose of them since my hand was on them, the person making fries took my old fries that i just touched and threw them back into the grease with the other fries ( which is nasty) I refused the refried fries and demanded fresh fries, which they gave me, but some poor person received the refried fries that I already touched , very unsanitary, today I have diarrhea that only happens when I eat unclean food. I called to speak with a manager the person on the phone couldn’t speak clear English so I didn’t get to speak to a manager. I will never Eat from that location there again!!!!!!
