The last time I was in I waited around ten minutes in the store and ended up having to order through the app as no one came out to take an order. This time I waited around five minutes just for someone to hand me my food because it was sitting behind the counter. My quesadilla was only half filled and they did not cut it as well as did not give me my salsa that I ordered. I did not go back in to get it because I know I’ll be standing there for like 10 minutes just to get salsa.

There was no other customer in the store and I can see at least 3 workers in the back. I understand they have work to do but that wasn’t even the best part. When someone came out to take my order there was no greeting, no what can I get for you not even an acknowledgment of the total. I love when I’m the one who has to say hi how are you to the service worker. The first time he spoke was when he said the receipt printer isn’t working. Then when the smoothies were ready the girl brought them out put them in the counter and said nothing and when we asked if that was ours it was a quick yea. Also every table was fithty and gross. We were able to find one table that was so decent. Overall not a great experience

I received a call from a manager who was very nice, we spoke about it and I was told to say my name next time I come in it will be in the book for a free smoothie. Well I just did that and guess what my names not in the book. So now I’m embarrassed & the woman behind the counter won’t do anything because my name isn’t there.

One of the staff even offered to give me a refund when I came back after I dropped my smoothie. Goes to show how kindness can go a long way. Definitely worth the visit!
