  Went this morning my daughter ordered a smoothie and paid...they gave her a acid bowl and charged her for it...she explained that is not her order and requested a refund only to be told no and they are not allowed to give a refund...she then asked to exchange it for her proper order and yet again told they can and will not do it..forcing a 12 year old to pay 3x a price for a item not orderd.....better B.B.B. WILL BE NOTIFIED....take advantage of a child is disgusting ...will never go back ever!!!!! Should have looked at all the horrid reviews before getting scammed

  We used to be excellent customers here & have given this place so much business, but clearly they don’t value or respect their customers. What a LOSER of a store. Could’ve been a win win situation, however, instead of maturely & professionally handling customer service matters & teaching his employees basic skills, this manager makes excuses for his rude, incompetent staff then proceeds to argue & yell at the customer - apparently none of the staff can make a simple smoothie or relay a 3rd grade level message correctly. On top of it all, not even an apology smh its never okay to have bad manners with a paying customer, especially after you’ve made several mistakes. Keep messing up orders, inconveniencing customers & serving attitudes, at those prices - you won’t be up & running much longer. Not our first negative experience here, just haven’t left reviews about it. No other issues at any other location.

  I am a frequent customer here and have never had a problem until now. I am truly disappointed by the customer service I received this morning. First off I called 4 times to try and place an order over the phone before I go to work. I have always done this and have never had an issue until now. Every time I called the phone would get picked up and hung up. At first I thought that maybe there could be an issue with the phones. Then I arrive in person to place my order. This young girl with curly black hair comes to take my order, does not say hi how are you or anything. I tell her my order and she says to me in the most disgusting tone, “Is that it?” No smile nothing she said it to me twice. I was thinking about ordering food but decided against how I was being treated. When my smoothie comes out I say thank you and she just stares at me plainly and walks away. I’m truly disgusted by the service I received and disheartened by it. Looks like I’m going to be going to the Selden location from now on and I truly advise other customers to as well if you want exceptional service to go to any other location than this one!

  I visited this location around 9 a.m. this morning and was greeted by an employee with an outstanding attitude. I come here often because it’s close to my workplace, but today’s experience was exceptional. The service was fast, and the smoothie I received was the best I’ve ever had. Shout out to the employee I believe her name was Lisa. Team members like her truly make me want to keep coming back.

  This is the second time I have gone into this location and the service is terrible. The employees refuse to come out of the back and talk to customers. The last time I was in I waited around ten minutes in the store and ended up having to order through the app as no one came out to take an order. This time I waited around five minutes just for someone to hand me my food because it was sitting behind the counter. My quesadilla was only half filled and they did not cut it as well as did not give me my salsa that I ordered. I did not go back in to get it because I know I’ll be standing there for like 10 minutes just to get salsa.
