  DONT ORDER ANYTHING IF U DONT WANNA GET FEVER！My stomach feel pain after i finished half a roll. And my ahead gets hot. The food quality is bad and makes me sick!

  Stopped in for a sub, fell in love with the environment. What a cool place, the manager is the sweetest person. He let my son get behind the counter and make a couple subs for customers! That little bone head kept getting the orders wrong so the business probably lost a lot of money due to refunds, but those were the best 5 hours of my kids life. Sorry about breaking the soda machine I really didn’t know about pushing all of the buttons at once.

  I placed my order through the mobile app and expected a smooth pickup. Unfortunately, it took quite a while for them to process and prepare two simple orders, even though there were no customers before or after me. The long wait time didn’t make much sense given how quiet the place was. On top of that, I requested light ice for my drink, but the cup ended up being about two-thirds ice. At that point, I honestly have to ask — is that what they consider “light ice”? These may seem like small details, but they matter, especially when using mobile ordering, where accuracy and efficiency are expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing enough that it affects my willingness to return.
