Horrible customer service. I place an order online on december 15th, accidentally i ordered 3 sandwiches which I told the mad at your when I got there. They said there was nothing they could do for me that I had a contact customer service/ corporate. I only left with one sandwich. I called as soon as I got back in the car, and they told me it could take up to 5 days. I called again Friday dec 19th and I was told the manager will email me. Its Dec 22 and I still haven't gotten the email for my refund. It's not a lot of money but I don't like paying for something I did not get. They have really bad customer service. I think i'm gonna have to jump through hoops to get my money back. I'm never going back there again. Make sure you do not make the same mistake I did ordering. You'll never get your money back.

If you make a mistake ordering, the store can refund you. You have to call customer support and get disconnected. Then never get credit. They are so rude! Last time I order on app. I'll try just in store. Horrible customer service!!!
