  So, for one, the service is EXTREMELY slow. 2. They put more ice than drink. Meaning they will fill cup to brim of ice, yet they put hardly any drink. 3. Half the time I'm waiting a good amount minutes for my order to be taken and to be given my food. for the service wise. The workers are extremely slow, I mean EXTREMELY. Manager I think was extremely rude as well. Very unprofessional, and has a very short temper based off what I have seen during my time spent there. Atmosphere wise is okay. I feel like just very cramped and compacted in general, it feels very slow paced as well. Do NOT recommend coming here.

  The staff is so disrespectful, 2 particular men ruin my day because they cant put 1 pump on hot fudge in my coffee but they can do it for some other guy, he got both of my friends orders wrong too, he kept on yelling at me and disrespecting me for no reason, he ruined my day and i was so happy its my brother’s 7th birthday and this guy cant put a pump of hot fudge, ive been going to this dunkin for years and these 2 guys never get stuff right, i need my refund. Ive had other problems with this guy i swear i will not let this slide my day was going amazing until these guys didnt get my order right.
