  I go to this micky d's every other day when im taking my afternoon walk. Its always nice a d clean inside. Easy to hit on my route home. Ive been ordinary the same thing since I was a young boy. Mcchicken medium fry and a sweet tea or coke.

  The girl who works the cash register at the first window has a big attitude problem and is a liar. I ordered one burger at the drive thru. I saw the total and got out exact change. When I pulled up to the first window to pay she told me my total and it was higher. I told her that when I placed my order the board told me different. With the dirtiest look on her face she proceeded to tell me that the total on the board doesn't include tax. What???? I payed the extra amount but will not be going back.

  I’m not even sure why I still go to this McDonald’s in the morning. I usually frequent it for a “fast” breakfast but the last few times I’ve gone it’s taken 10-15 minutes or longer to get my order. I only get a god damn bec bagel in the morning and nothing else! Hire more people or train your associates to be more efficient. Knowing how corporations work though I wouldn’t put it past it that this location is just poorly staffed for those sweet quarterly gains. If this was a one time thing I understand, things happen, but when it’s a pattern there’s an underlying issue folks. Couple this with how pricey McDonalds has gotten in recent years it is no longer the value proposition it was once. It’s not worth it. If you’re gonna charge almost $15 for a breakfast meal at least be fast or at least be a higher quality meal. I wouldn’t mind waiting/paying more if the food wasn’t just your typical fast food garbage.

  Sent my daughter in to grab food at 7:09 and I had to go in at 730 to find out wth was going in. I waited a 2 minutes for someone who worked there to actually come out and they had an order and I asked what's in it and she said "it's not yours" and thats when I politely said it could be my daughter's who's been standing here for 30 minutes patiently waiting for fries and 2 burgers... she said she would go back and get it and then another fee minutes go by and then finally she comes out with her food. Fries and burgers were room temp warm. Coming from working there when I was a teen, customer service is just lost. I don't understand it but I don't eat there in general so all it's done is given me more power behind my no's to my kids, the food is trash and so is the service.
