  Unacceptable service. I can’t believe this store. I have never been to caz before and I have heard so many good things about caz before. One weekend I made a stop down here to see what it was about. I was thirsty so I went into kinneys and I was immediately glared at by one the employees. I brushed it off and went to the drink isle. When I went to check out I asked how her day was and she said nothing. NOTHING. I was disappointed. I’m not coming to this store again That’s for sure.

  The service was awful! My kid and her friends were walking around the store (I was supervising and I am very strict about store manners). Some very round subtly bigger employee screamed at my 12 year old child and kicked her and her friends out of the store. I was frustrated. A little later one of my daughter’s friends comes out in tears saying how the employee said that if she didn’t leave she’d ban her from the store. This service was very unprofessional especially on such a festive, Christmas Day. I expect more from Cazenovia especially since my kids are growing up in this town. I do not recommend this store, I’d definitely take more out of my day to go to Walgreens instead by the tops.

  unfriendly staff, i saw children having fun in the store not doing anything bad besides having fun and they got yelled at!! they also were threatened to be banned from the store. can’t believe it!

  Friendly staff, small town atmosphere, helpful pharmacists and reasonable prices. Foods and snacks available. Close by parking.
