  First of all our entire order was wrong but probably because this guy sat on his phone the entire time leaving just one person to handle everything- even while taking our order you could hear him over the microphone still on the phone and asking us to repeat ourselves over and over. Our cups for our drinks sat there until after our food came out and while he’s tapping on his phone his coworker had to get us our drinks after doing our entire order alone because he was too busy yelling in another language to somebody over the phone so clearly nothing to do with work. As we went to drive away we see a line of two people in the lobby while this man stands here at the counter as pictured, on his phone.

  Took a while to order there’s a bunch of workers they hired like 5 of them I went to order they were very not fast like very slow and then when I was about to drive up They added extra cheese 3 of extra cheese charges on my taco

  problems with the app and they were unable/unwilling to help me to fix the problem — I was billed and got nothing for it.

  Yesterday my daughter asked for this for dinner well the wait time in drive thru was crazy but I dont think they had enough staff a big truck came for a delivery so I can't blame the workers.. a long wait but it was service with a smile even though I was frustrated
