I ordered a large protein latte and asked for no ice. the person taking my order told me the manager said “the cup won’t be full with no ice it’s all measurements and the measurements are for with ice”. so i was thinking whatever maybe it won’t be completely filled. I received my drink and it’s literally half filled (shown in picture) like are you kidding me?? FILL THE DRINK I PAID $7. at any other location they just full the cup it’s really not that hard lol. I believe the manager should remove herself from the company as she is a worthless human being and maybe the guy taking my order can take her spot as he seems more fit for the job. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

The workers are completely incompetent, did an online guest order for $20, waited 15 minutes at the pickup never came waited another 15 minutes at the counter to be told they have never heard of a guest order and that they clear their order lists every 5 minutes. Meanwhile two employees are sitting in their eating area on break while another two behind the counter are scrambling around complaining out loud they keep making mistakes and are going to “crash out”. Walked out with $17 less in my wallet and no food after 30 minutes of waiting.
