I ended up having to wait behind him until the Kent Police arrived. Manager should have had the customer park in order to allow the driver thru traffic to move but instead it was a back and forth for over 20 minutes with everyone waiting. The overall drive thru experience lasted about 35 minutes. I couldn’t even leave since there were cars behind me and the crazy guy in front of me!
