  At what point do I accept that it is my fault? That every single time I mobile order something with a coffee roll, they forget the coffee roll? I'm on my way. I'm rolling. I can't stop, park and go back in. I can't get my money back, or my rightful coffee roll. It's just painful at this point. It's happened like five times and I'm done. Heartbroken. Those things are $3. I give the food a one star based on the fact it's been so long at this point I've actually been able to try a coffee roll. Can't remember the taste. Thank you. Thank you.

  I've been going here every morning this school year for my coffee, because the drive-thru is right next to where I work. I can't even tell you how many times they mess up my order. I get the same thing every day: A hot caramel craze latte. They've given me iced, they've given me someone else's drink entirely, they've charged me more for protein milk (?), and when I questioned it at the window was told "I don't even know what protein milk is, don't worry, it's not in your drink" but didn't adjust the charge, and then today I ordered my drink, knowing the exact cost is $6.17, but was charged over $8. They charged me for a caramel hot chocolate with protein milk, but handed me a regular caramel latte. Not even the caramel craze, just a regular caramel latte. Again, with no adjusting the price, just assuring me that I had the right drink. I'm never going back AND I'm making some phone calls today. Please beware.

  My order is NEVER right. My coffee never has any flavor when I get French vanilla. The service is poor. I highly recommend not doing business at this Dunkin. I was just made aware of Starbucks across the street. If you look at the reviews you can see this is an ongoing issue at this particular location. I’m contacting corporate!!!!

  Very good service and friendly employees BUT thier prices are much higher than any of the other Dunkin Donuts in the area. Drive a few miles to the next one and save a lot!
