- ABAnastasia BrewerMar 29, 20261.0I ordered a refresher 15 minutes before closing, didn’t think that would be too difficult to complete. The girl who took my order asked me what I would like and after I ordered, said she wasn’t gonna make it because her shift was done in 10 minutes. Not sure why she asked me what I wanted to order even though she was gonna tell me she didn’t want to do it. Maybe close earlier if your employees get too lazy to serve even when the store is open.

- DRDino RitsatosJan 24, 20262.0Very unorganized drive thru. Crazy customer in front of me who refused to leave for over 20 minutes and the manager handled the whole situation very poorly. I ended up having to wait behind him until the Kent Police arrived. Manager should have had the customer park in order to allow the driver thru traffic to move but instead it was a back and forth for over 20 minutes with everyone waiting. The overall drive thru experience lasted about 35 minutes. I couldn’t even leave since there were cars behind me and the crazy guy in front of me!
