  Normally dont have an issue with this location, pulled into the parkinglot today after they opened at 7 (currently 7:45) The open sign is on, lights are on, and both doors are locked with no sign on the door to explain why. Very disappointed

  Placed a order this morning to the wrong store the app told me to call the cafe ok cool so i placed a order to the right one everything went well thank u Called the 1st cafe and got yelled & cursed at And was told why do i keep doing this I said excuse me I've NEVER EVER done this before the lady proceed to keep telling me yes i did Ask to speak to a manager got hung up on Then called back its not longer ringing as if I'm being since to voicemail Its not about the refund anymore its about the DISRESPECT AND STEREOTYPING ME AND U DONT EVEN KNOW ME… Called back when they said the manager was going to be there she said her name was lisa yelled at me didn't wanna help and hung up on me!!!!

  The place is clean, the employees are nice, and patient. The food was warm when delivered to me at the register. I had the Super Greens chicken Ceasars Salad wrap. It was delicious. I paired my meal with a smoothie called The Beach Bum . I loved that too! My first experience with Tropical Smoothie Cafe was with their location in Woodhaven, Queens NY(it's not there anymore)23yrs ago. It was really good back then, too. Great Job, by the South Arlington team!

  Spinach Feta & Pesto Wrap is my favorite. Loved the Tropical Dragon Passion smoothie.
