  The place is clean, the employees are nice, and patient. The food was warm when delivered to me at the register. I had the Super Greens chicken Ceasars Salad wrap. It was delicious. I paired my meal with a smoothie called The Beach Bum . I loved that too! My first experience with Tropical Smoothie Cafe was with their location in Woodhaven, Queens NY(it's not there anymore)23yrs ago. It was really good back then, too. Great Job, by the South Arlington team!

  Spinach Feta & Pesto Wrap is my favorite. Loved the Tropical Dragon Passion smoothie.

  Pick a different location stay away from this one. I ordered a smoothie I’ve ordered many times in the past and from several locations . It tasted sour . I asked the owner if she could add some more white chocolate to make it a bit sweeter because it didn’t taste the way it usually tasted . She told me I would have to pay for additional ingredients. I tried explaining that I’m not adding additional ingredients im trying to correct this smoothie . I said it doesn’t taste right and I’ve ordered this item many times. She said if I didn’t want to pay for the up charges for an already overpriced smoothie I could add honey or sugar. I told her I don’t agree with her options and I won’t be returning. I’ve been stopping in that location since they opened. I thought the goal for businesses is to keep customers happy not send them away to frequent other businesses. I can recommend going to another location where they aren’t so cheap with the ingredients and want the customers to return . Maybe someone should explain to her customers are essential to a takeout restaurant. I’ll be going elsewhere. Apparently the 2 other food items I ordered for takeout with the smoothie wasn’t enough for her to correct the issue . She must get those ingredients to go a long way by not putting in the correct amount . Also the banana I ordered for a side for a wrap was overripe and brown . You really didn’t seem concerned that I walked away satisfied …. I asked to put a bit more white chocolate in my sour smoothie and was told honey or sugar were my options . I said it didn’t taste right and you really didn’t seem to care so my recommendation is for customers to go to other locations where they put the proper measurements in . I won’t be returning.

  I always order no sugar and include almonds instead and every tropical I go to do not charge you except this location which charged me $1.59 that is outrageous
