I asked for my receipt so I could submit a survey describing how horrible the staff was and my experience was and when I went to place the survey the system showed it was completed already. The manager herself called me a racist because I told her that they need to put people who can actually hear and understand the orders and don’t rush the customer’s order over the drive thru speaker. I plan on taking this to a corporate level. The Spanish manager Sidel was racist towards me and tried to play victim and make it look like I was the racist. Not today sweetheart. I will be calling every agency in Nassau County that deals with this restaurant and demand audits be completed. I will also be calling ICE just to be sure all the employees at this location are truly American citizens. As for this manager, I will climb the ladder at McDonald’s corporate office until she is fired. That is completely unprofessional for any employee to treat a customer, nonetheless by a manager!
