  This lady is not willing to take the coupon. As she were calling me a thief. She said I stole this coupons.. she asked me so many times where I got this coupons from. This is not a good customer service.

  Yesterday morning, I ordered a coffee from this location. I placed my order at 5 11 am and went to pick it up around 5 44 am because they get busy sometimes. I do not drive so my order was for WALK IN. I ordered from here before and the door was always open for walk in. My order was a WALK IN PICK UP, not drive through. I was also rushing to get to work right after. I knocked on the door because it was locked and the lady kept giving me hand signals. She signaled to go around the drive through. I had to walk over slipper ice and slide in between the Crack of the car and window. She asked what I needed. I told her I ordered my drink a long time ago. She said "no one was coming so the door is locked, sorry". She gave me my drink that was ready and as I tried to leave, I almost fell on the slippery ice on the drive through. First of all, she saw I was waiting outside. She should have came and opened the door. I always order my drink here. Second, the cars could have hit me when she asked me to go to the drive through. I do not have a car so I had to walk there and get in between the car that was pulled up by the window. It was dark and freezing out. I almost fell. I could have slipped and cracked my head. This is a huge liability on dunkin and this was extremely unprofessional. She should have been more attentive because the sticker for the drink said WALK IN. How are you going to assume I can walk to the drive through in between cars and on top of that it was icy snow. I called the store today to talk to the manager and they told me he is busy and to call back after 10.

  They’re so rude don’t come here they talk to badly to you and if you don’t have exact change they tell you go somewhere else that they don’t need your business the environment is a mess unorganized and a bit dirty as well

  If I could rate this location ZERO I would. Unfriendly staff and the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. The lady at the cashier put no effort into saying “thank you” when she just placed the cappuccino on the counter.
