  Was ok but overall, it’s very expensive for that is offered. It’s not an upscale setting and the prices are just too high for the dishes received. As an example, I was getting a chicken fajita and asked what is the cost if I got half steak and told it was a $6 upgrade fee. Ok no problem there so I said sure, let’s do it. Chicken fajita is $30 so I figured my cost would hav been $36. Well I was charged $46 which is the steak fajita price of $40 to start PLUS $6 for the half chicken. I don’t understand. You are giving me chicken which costs cheaper than steak and I am getting half and half and you’re charging me $6 more BUT starting from the steak fajita price!?! If anything, $6 on top of the $30 chicken fajita price workload have been “fair”. Then add in the fact my rice and beans came combined in one small bowl!!! My partner got a skirt steak and he got one full bowl of beans and one full bowl of rice. So my rice and beans were half the amount and missed together in a bowl $46 for a fajita like that is way overpriced. Add in 30% tax and tip combined and that is a $60 dish alone. We got chips/guac and a half pitcher of sangria and the final cost was $180 all in. $90 each for what we got is just too much for this type of restaurant. Food was ok but there are other local Mexican restaurants that serve the same quality and same quantity for literally 25-30% less.

  3rd time at this restaurant last night and it was fantastic. I had the Margarita Flight…5 delicious varieties of margaritas beautifully presented in snifter glasses, my husband had an old fashioned . Chips and 2 dipping sauces are on the table. For apps we had Tamarind Wings and Fried Calamari. Both were excellent. Dinner for me was Poblano Chicken, 1/2 chicken in mole sauce. It was the best mole I’ve had. It wasn’t overpowering. Mild, delicate, delicious. It came with cilantro rice which I wasn’t able to finish but boy did I want to!! Phenomenal! My husband ordered one of their specials, flaming octopus. Amazing presentation and he said it was excellent, octopus isn’t easy to get right but he has had their octopus app in the past so he felt confident. Service was great. Friendly staff, the waitress who wasn’t working our table even came over a few times to check on us! Chocolate lava cake for dessert. Yum! It was a great meal. Will be back for a 4th and more!

  Christine is such an amazing bartender! I tried a chocolate raspberry martini and the flavor was perfection! Not to sweet not to bitter. The cucumber margarita was so refreshing! Service was friendly and attentive our server Viviana was so sweet! The atmosphere is very fun. We tried the octopus the flavor was interesting the sweet glaze was a nice touch it paired very well the arugula salad it came with. The churros were also very tasty and fresh.

  Tried this place out finally after seeing this was a New Mexican restaurant in the area and it was absolutely amazing!! My skirt steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection the rice and beans were spot on the churizzo melted in your mouth it was nothing like I’ve had before! The drinks were awesome and great and one of the best empanadas and fresh guacamole you can get! The churros for dessert were amazing as well! Little on the pricey side but well worth it definitely will be back for a date night or a night out!

  I had left a great review because this was our third year going there for new years eve. Everything was going great until the bill came, not because it was expensive, not because of the gratuity but because they decided to charge us an extra 60 on my card thinking I wasn't going to realize because they took over 10 mins looking over our check. When she brought back our check i asked her why she had charged me 60 more and she said that's the gratuity, I'm like no the the gratuity is already included in the check there's no reason why you're charging me 60 more. So she took the check back for another 10 minutes, no manager came to apologize no real explanation. I work in restaurant and I noticed they have a clover system. The same system i work with and it's really easy to spilit the checks. Really scummy thing to do. Wouldn't come again after a horrible experience with a business that's scummy like that
