Miranda (i believe that was her name) was so rude and condescending when i was trying to ask questions and give her the information that was relayed to me. she said “well im not sure what you want me to do….they are your prescriptions”. after calling back when the issue was semi resolved she then proceeded to hang up on me before i could ask any clarifying questions. she was rude, hurtful, and a nasty person.
