horrible experience on the phone trying to transfer prescriptions. Miranda (i believe that was her name) was so rude and condescending when i was trying to ask questions and give her the information that was relayed to me. she said “well im not sure what you want me to do….they are your prescriptions”. after calling back when the issue was semi resolved she then proceeded to hang up on me before i could ask any clarifying questions. she was rude, hurtful, and a nasty person.

i had a script sent to kinneys in canton days ago. i go to pick it up the girl said it would be ready in a hour. are you kidding me. the script was there for a couple of days. i even called to make sure it would be ready for today they said it would be. i drive all the way there it’s still not ready. ugh. wish kinneys was paying for the trip here.

It's taken me 5 days to get a prescription (non controlled substance) for nerve pain and 3 days to get a script from urgent care. Worst Kinney location, go to Potsdam instead.

I called to refill a prescription in the morning figuring if they were busy they would have it done by the afternoon. Thats what i was told. I went to the store at 6pm and still wasn't done. The girl was at the back counter on her phone. When she heard the pharmacist coming she through down her phone walk to the back of the pharmacy and acted like she was doing something. She totally ignored me. Then I would have had to wait an hr? What is wrong with these people. They weren't willing to help and push the prescription to the front since we i was there and I already called and was told it would be done in the afternoon. Good customer service is dead.
