  I had a great experience at this Subway location. The sub was perfectly made—everything was fresh, neatly put together, and it looked just as good as it tasted. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing. I was especially glad to see that this location actually participates in Subway’s promotions. The Oneida location never seems to honor them, which has always been frustrating. Being able to get any sub for $6.99 right now makes it absolutely worth it, especially with how expensive things have gotten. This was my first time visiting this particular Subway, and I left very satisfied. I don’t usually go to Subway because of the cost, but with the current deal and the quality I experienced here, I’ll definitely be coming back. Unfortunately I have to edit my review because after more visits to this location it has gone downhill. They have one employee working and that’s it all the time. If you place an online order for pickup I would give it 45 minutes bare minimum for it to be ready. I feel bad for the guy but not for the owner of this location. I cannot see this business being open much longer at this rate of performance. If the owner doesn’t care so be it but I hope he’s not surprised when it goes under.

  Please don’t go to this location. I placed an online order to be ready at 1:35pm today. I get there and there’s only one employee working so there’s a few people waiting. That’s fine, I figure I’ll hang out for a few minutes. I wait about 15 minutes, the employee says he doesn’t have any meatballs defrosted for my sub so it’ll be another 7 minutes. Once the meatballs are done, he starts working on other orders. At this poin, another pickup for an online order comes in. He starts making that order. He finishes that order. So this is an order that was placed well after mine, but is made and out the door before my order’s even been started. At ~2:20, the employee pulls the meatball container out of the microwave and sticks one of those long meat thermometers into the meatballs. He pulls the thermometer out and puts the whole thing into a fabric bag and zips it up. So he’s storing a meat thermometer covered in meat in a fabric bag. This is the point where I say I’m done, and that I need a refund. He tries to argue with me. I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for two subs. He calls his manager because he doesn’t know how to do a refund. It takes another 2 and a half minutes to get my refund. So if you want to wait close to an hour and then never get your food, this is the place to be! Attached a picture of the overflowing garbage behind the counter, where the employee was just continuing to toss receipts and dirty gloves, and they continued to fall on the floor.
