  Please don’t go to this location. I placed an online order to be ready at 1:35pm today. I get there and there’s only one employee working so there’s a few people waiting. That’s fine, I figure I’ll hang out for a few minutes. I wait about 15 minutes, the employee says he doesn’t have any meatballs defrosted for my sub so it’ll be another 7 minutes. Once the meatballs are done, he starts working on other orders. At this poin, another pickup for an online order comes in. He starts making that order. He finishes that order. So this is an order that was placed well after mine, but is made and out the door before my order’s even been started. At ~2:20, the employee pulls the meatball container out of the microwave and sticks one of those long meat thermometers into the meatballs. He pulls the thermometer out and puts the whole thing into a fabric bag and zips it up. So he’s storing a meat thermometer covered in meat in a fabric bag. This is the point where I say I’m done, and that I need a refund. He tries to argue with me. I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for two subs. He calls his manager because he doesn’t know how to do a refund. It takes another 2 and a half minutes to get my refund. So if you want to wait close to an hour and then never get your food, this is the place to be! Attached a picture of the overflowing garbage behind the counter, where the employee was just continuing to toss receipts and dirty gloves, and they continued to fall on the floor.

  Ordered from DoorDash a simple grilled chicken salad with 50% more protein, it was missing the protein and cheese, and the greens were sub par. It’s no wonder why subway is failing.
