  Door dash orders are ruining this place. They can’t keep up with drive thru, inside customers and pick up orders/delivery. Same for so many restaurants . Wish corporate would put a cap on orders so the employees can actually serve the customers that are physically there. I haven’t been back in over a year and I’m sure others feel the same based on reviews.

  Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru tonight. This place has fallen off a cliff in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality over the years. To the point where if you want wendys, it may be quicker, and better tasting to travel 20 minutes to the Geneva location. Even with the 20 minute drive you will still have your food faster than the one in Canandaigua.

  The bacon double cheeseburger meal, was hot, French fries Hot out of the oil, the best way to have them. I love being able to taste the meat.

  The breakfast was gross. Sausage and eggs were both cold, cheese just slapped on there, cold, English muffins were hard as a rock and cold, though they had obviously been toasted at some point in the past. On top of that they got my order wrong.

  I placed an order through the drive-thru, and when I received my food, it was cold. Before my order was handed over, I observed an employee at the window handling items in the cooler while seemingly confirming my vehicle’s position in line. Regardless of intent, this came across as unprofessional and concerning — especially for a local business that relies on community trust. Additionally, the kitchen area appeared cluttered, with boxes scattered around. This presents a clear safety and fire hazard that should be addressed and properly organized.
