  There is a ot to say about this. Frist if all the customer service was terrible. The girl working there was a bad mood and poorly prepared our subs. She even stopped making our subs to take a phone call infront of us. She mumbled and talk under her breath about her work and us. 2nd the bread was stale and hard as a rock. 3rd we asked for 3 subs and she looked mad because she didn't want to put in the effort to make them. 4th when she ran out of a item or dressing she chucked it into the counter or the sink making a loud noise

  If I could give this place a BIG FAT 0 I WOULD!!! My BF and I went to this subway a couple of days ago and the woman who was making our subs was completely Clueless!!! Let's start with the first sub 6" turkey they had no American cheese (and they are always running out of things almost every time we go here), and was taking forever to make this sub. We get to the end and find out they are also out of the dressing for the sub. So we told her we did not want it and we wanted a new sub. Mind you we are now 10-15 mins in to this ONE 6" SUB!!!! Second sub my BF asked for steak and cheese everything was going fine she started on my sub as well. She got to the dressing part and my BF asked her for a SMALL THIN ONE LINE OF THE DRESSING OF HIS CHOICE SHE SQUEEZED A BUNCH ON TO HIS SUB BUT WE JUST SAID WHATEVER BECAUSE NOW WE ARE 25 MINS INTO THIS 6" SUB!!!! She pulls my sub out of the toaster and it was BURNT!!! I am not talking just a tad bit crispy, i'm talking darker than Ted Bundy's soul!!!! and she had the audacity to ask me what veggies i wanted!!!! I said "OH NO HUNNY THAT IS BURNT!!" Then she asked if I wanted another one. NO!! She seen how burned the sub was how could u even ask a customer what veggies they want on it after its burnt to a crisp??!!! i Called Corporate and they said they owner will get a hold of me in 2 days it has been well over 2 days!! We will never return here EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
