I saw there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me and nobody said a word…so I left the drink on the counter and walked out. Terrible service, waste of money.

I have been a very loyal customer so this is very disappointing. Would not recommend going to the Canandaigua Dunkin be more like Farmington
