    Canandaigua Chipotle. Out of forks, out of napkins, out of a few drinks, out of fajitas (peppers and onions always), unkempt dining area and garbage overflowing. All at 530pm and not busy; we walked right in to order. So no excuse. Gotta do way better please.

    I’ve been coming here a couple times a month for 2 years. I used to say how this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Always fast, delicious and good portions. Was the only chipotle I ever felt comfortable preferring through the app and not worry about getting skimped. Not anymore. 3 times in the past 6 weeks I’ve been completely skimped on mobile orders. Not sure what changed but it’s a shame. This place has really gone downhill in the past few months.
