- LPLeilani Petchaboon5 days ago1.0Awful place with surprisingly tasty drinks. Customer service was subpar, to put it mildly. Their chairs aren't meant for adult bodies. The interior can only be described as gawdy. And finally, their wraps are an empty, unfulfilling joke. Deserves zero stars in all honesty.

I personally would have liked it a bit thicker, but it wasn’t watered down like at some other smoothie places, which was a pleasant surprise. The Buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely delicious, the smell alone was mouthwatering. On top of that, the staff had great energy and made the whole experience even better.

We just usually choose not to respond. But here's a response: If you're going to work in customer service, learn what “service” means. Acting annoyed, making side comments, and giving bare-minimum effort doesn’t make you edgy or superior—it makes you forgettable and replaceable. There’s a common attitude here: young staff acting like showing up is a favor to the world. It’s not. If the goal is to coast until something better comes along, fine. But while you're here, act like you're part of a team—not just another undertrained young adult with a visor and an ego.
